These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in the Finnish Design Tales 2025 event. By registering or attending the event, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Event Organizers

The event is organized jointly by:

• Saunologia Oy (Business ID: 3404841-6)

• Next Time Design Oy (Business ID: 3467942-9)

2. Registration

Registration is required to attend the event. All information provided during registration must be accurate. The organizers reserve the right to deny the entrance from customers without registration or in cases of misuse or inappropriate behavior.

3. Payments and Refunding

Payment must be completed at the time of registration. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Tickets can be freely transferred to other people. Refunds are only issued in accordance with the event’s cancellation policy.

4. Changes and Cancellations

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, or schedule. In case of event cancellation, registered participants will be notified and refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organizers.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, and staff. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove individuals violating this policy from the event.

6. Liability

The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event, unless caused by gross negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content presented during the event is the intellectual property of the organizers or the respective speakers. Participants may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written permission. This does not apply to sharing photos or short video clips on social media which is allowed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts.
